Premier League: Transfer window change to be voted on by clubs
It seems clubs are starting to come to their senses. At the moment the transfer window is open until the beginning of September, one month after the Premier league campaign has started. This is stupid because it doesn't give late players time to settle in. Clubs like Spurs purchase just before the deadline (in the hope of getting a better bargain). Once purchased the clubs could have training time before the start of the first games of the season is underway. I believe all Premier league clubs - including our club - are interested in this, apart from Watford. If it goes through then it should be in place before next season.
